What does a yacht charter generally include?
Each of our charters comes with a professional crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Depending on the charter type, sunset trips may feature upscale appetizers and beverages, while business charters may offer meeting amenities and professional catering choices.
When should I reserve my booking?
For optimal availability, it's best to book your charter 2–3 weeks beforehand, with the high season extending from May to September. Planning corporate events or special celebrations should ideally be done 4–6 weeks in advance to secure availability and tailor the experience to your needs.
What is the protocol for bad weather conditions?
The safety of our passengers is paramount. Unfavorable weather as per the captain's judgment will either result in a rescheduled booking at a later date or a full refund. We closely track the weather and will notify you if the forecast seems unfavorable 24 hours prior to departure.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own refreshments. We also provide excellent catering services with custom menus to suit your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do you provide yachts that are accessible to those with mobility impairments?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Different yachts may vary in terms of accessibility features. To ensure the best fit, please discuss your requirements with us at the time of booking and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations initiated 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made within 24-72 hours are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical malfunctions on our part.
